Kasia Kucharska ship worldwide using UPS. All packages are provided with tracking number.

-EU 2-5 business days

-All other countries 3-7 business days

UPS Standard may take longer for countries outside of the EU.

This process time does not account for custom-made and preordered items. These are made upon request and take approximately 6 weeks until dispatch.

Delivery days are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times, but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control.

Products will ship directly from Germany by UPS. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities. Check www.ups.com for shipping details and delivery time. Please notice that we can’t ship to postbox addresses.

-EU: All countries within the European union are shipped on UPS (delivery duty paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

-Outside EU: All countries outside the European union are shipped on UPS. Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

You can return items ordered on www.kasiakucharska.com within 14 days.

Note that custom-made pieces are not eligible for return. Any items bought on sale or with a discount code are only eligible for store credit. Items bought with store credit will be refunded with store credit.

The item(s) must be unworn and have all labels attached.

If you would like to make a return, please first email order@kasiakucharska.com to receive a return authorization code. Please note that after receiving the code you have 10 days to post and provide us with proof of postage and/or tracking number or we may reserve the right to decline your return.

Download the return form and fill it out. Put the form together with the returned item(s) in the package.

You can use any postal service of your choice. Please remember to send us the tracking number. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we advise you to send it by registered mail with tracking or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.

When returning from a non-EU country please remember to state on the commercial invoice that this is a returned item. Non labeled returns can end up in customs and delay your refund.

The shipping costs, additional duty and/or tax fees are the customers responsibility. The return will be refunded within 5 working days after receival. The same payment method will be used for the refund as for the purchase. Kasia Kucharska reserve the right to reject returns when sent beyond the return period limit and/or when the item(s) are not in their original state.
